Welcome

The Safety Forum of the Inland Empire is a new organization designed to help those individuals who have the responsibility for the Health, Safety and Well being of their workplace and workforce whether it be company owners, managers, HR people, Safety Directors, or any individual within their organization that wears the “hat of safety”.

The Safety Forum of the Inland Empire is a morning meeting that is filled with friendly faces, door prizes, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a catered breakfast. The meetings are to help create and maintain a safer workplace environment by providing timely education and training information; support on regulatory compliance issues and information of the latest safety products, materials, and developments in the field.

As a participant, you will be able to take part in an interactive, informative forum with subject experts, workers, employers, and governmental experts to hear or share: each other’s “real world experiences, encountered everyday in the workplace”. It provides a unique way for participants to achieve a better understanding of issues that may affect the successes of each other’s safety programs, and an opportunity for high-level networking and learning. It is an opportunity to provide a pooling of resources, information, opinions, talent and experience. The valuable information exchanged, resources shared, build a strong network within, and could save lead-time on your own initiatives.

Mission Statement

To promote a unique process and atmosphere to develop and strengthen the safety and health in the Inland Empire through interaction with forum members by sharing experiences, success, and the challenges of building effective and improved safety program and cultures.

Why a Safety Forum?

Stay ahead of the game- Connect with other professionals like you! The “nature” of the workplace is ever changing. The workforce is aging and is increasingly more diverse, with the growth of contract, seasonal and part-time employment and outsourcing. All of these present new issues such as gaps in worker protection, accountability and responsibility for occupational health and safety in the changing workplace.

The Focus of S.F.I.E. is to make information, tools and resources easily available that will help employees, employers, families, and communities participate in making their workplaces and communities’ safe and healthy.
